Counselling
What is counselling?
Counselling provides a regular time and space within the Ministry for people to discuss about their troubles and explore difficult feelings in an environment that is dependable, free from intrusion and confidential. A counsellor should respect your viewpoint while helping you to deal with specific problems, cope with crises, improve your relationships, or develop better ways of living. Counselling is a carefully arranged opportunity for people to talk through issues that are affecting their life.
The word ‘counselling’ covers a broad spectrum, from someone who is highly trained to someone who uses counselling skills (listening, encouraging, practical help, and prayer, reflecting back what you say, or clarifying) also can be link to part of another role, such as pastoral care.
How can counselling help?
You may come to counselling because of difficult experiences you’ve been going through, such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy. Or you may want help dealing with feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety or low self-worth that doesn’t seem to be connected to any particular event our Ministry is here to assist.
What are counselling skills?
The counsellor’s job is to help the other person, the client, to help him or her self. Counselling skills help people to change as they learn to think things through for themselves and make their own decisions, free of the effects of past conditioning. If the client is to feel safe enough to be open about her or his thoughts and feelings, he or she needs to feel safe, respected and understood.

Youth Ministry
The Father’s House Kingdom Ministry recognises that the youths are vital to the Ministry and also that the youths are a symbolism of God the Father’s love for us, in that the Father over two thousand years ago send His Son, Yahweh the Messiah to earth to died {to redeemed mankind from their sinful state} for the Sins of all Mankind.
The Youth Ministry utilise the function of dramatising the gospel in Words and Actions. The Youths also engages, and practice the significant tool of poetry writing and reading in expressing their faith and understanding the love of Christ for them.
The Ministry aims to train and developed our youths in how to understand the purpose and the commission concept of the Gospel – the Good News for all Mankind!

Women and Men
The Father’s House Kingdom Ministry promotes the process of mentoring and training our members in the spirit of excellent to ensure that the people of God is maximising their full potential and operating in their purpose of calling and commission as the Lord, God had original intended for us.
The Scripture declares: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” Jeremiah 29:11.


Prison Ministry
The Father’s House Kingdom Ministry aims to inspire, motivate and challenge individuals who find themselves in trouble with the Law of the Land through the Scriptural Words of God. The Ministry operates a prison ministry that provides, resources, bibles, counselling, group bible study to any prisoners, or former prisoners, or staffs that wish to utilise our service.
The ultimate purpose of biblical study/interpretation is not understanding, but healing, transformation and liberation. It is to enable people to live and flourish within their God given purpose for their lives. The Ministry are gear towards helping individual(s) to change their thinking pattern. In that prisoners are taught to think and behave differently through the studying of the Words of Jehovah. Spiritual transformation is a remit which the ministry tends to focus on.
The Ministry strive to assist and help prisoners, staffs to identify their original divine purpose which was ordained by God Almighty, the Ancient One for them!
Prison Ministry is a larger concept, including the support of the spiritual and religious needs of inmates, prison guards and staffs, whose work in an often demanding and brutal environment often creates a special need for pastoral care.
Community Ministry
The Father’s House Kingdom Ministry engages with and support the Parliament Prayer Group, Christian Solidarity Worldwide Group and is also a registered member of these wider faith structured community organisations.
The Ministry aims to motivate, inspire and challenge our church community to engage and connect on a wider basis with the governmental institutions of our society.
The Ministry recognise and identify that the art of Prayer is a key which access the realm of the Lord’s Heart and His Kingdom, and prayer will change situations that cannot be changed by our secular institutions and governments.
